Teclab’s commitment to quality design can be seen in the details of our bench components. We start with furniture grade cold rolled steel and use only the finest materials available throughout the manufacturing process. The results are components that meet or exceed the requirements of today’s high-tech labs and manufacturing facilities.
Base Cabinets are available in a large array of sizes and configurations.
Apron Drawers are available in four widths (APD‑1500 is 15" W x 3 7/32" H x 27" D, APD‑2200 is 22" W x 3 7/32" H x 27" D, APD‑3000 is 30" W x 3 7/32" H x 27" D and APD‑3600 is 36" W x 3 7/32" H x 27" D). These items utilize the standard 'A' size Base Cabinet drawer in the four available widths. All Apron Drawers are manufactured to accept locks. Manufactured and finished to the same rigid specifications as the Base Cabinets.
Apron Fillers are use to fill the gap between fixed-sized Apron Drawers and Base Cabinets. Manufactured and finished to the same rigid specifications as the Base Cabinets.
Shelf Supports are available in many heights, with or without Electrical Power Kit EP-1 (other EP kits are available). These rigid supports are constructed of a heavy-gauge welded steel assembly, with easily removable side panels that provide easy access to wiring. Each Shelf Support (EP) has knockouts in the back and punch-outs in the top and bottom to allow for flexibility during installation. Finished in the same manner as the Base Cabinets.

Footrests FR6-xx
Foot Rests are reinforced heavy-gauge steel and are supplied with the necessary attaching hardware. Base Cabinets and Panel Legs are pre-punched to simplify assembly. Foot Rests are finished in black.

Panel Legs are available in two heights to correspond with the two available heights of standard Base Cabinets. These Panel Legs are constructed of heavy-gauge, welded steel assembly, with easily removable side panels for access to wiring. Each is provided with knockouts in the back frame and punch outs in the top to allow for flexibility during installation. Each Panel Leg (EP) is furnished with Electrical Power Kit EP-1 (other EP kits are available), and is finished in the same manner as the Base Cabinets. Should be used in conjunction with Foot Rests and Modesty Panels to add rigidity to any Work Station assembly.

Channel Cabinet Spacers (CCS‑15 is variable width x 33 3/4" H and CCS‑10 is variable width x 27 3/4" H) available in two heights to correspond with the two available heights of standard Base Cabinets. Placing the Channel Cabinet Spacers between the Base Cabinets provides a flush filler panel, and assures proper Base Cabinet function. It also provides a convenient place for electrical outlets or data connections.
Powered Back Guards (variable length x 4" H x 2" D) are available in lengths to match the length of the work surface or shelf and come standard with Electrical Power Kit EP-1 (other EP kits are available). PBG‑72‑EP is 72" long providing 6 electrical outlets in EP‑1 kit, PBG‑60‑EP is 60" long providing 5 electrical outlets in EP‑1 kit, and PBG‑96‑EP is 96" long providing 8 electrical outlets in 2 EP‑1 kits.
Modesty Panels (23 7/8" H x 1" D x variable width) Each Modesty Panel is a reinforced welded assembly equipped with a wiring channel and is finished in the same manner as the Base Cabinets. Modesty Panels extend between Base Cabinets or Panel Legs to provide stability to some workbenches. Modesty Panels also provide some privacy and can be used to hide plumbing, wiring or duct work behind the workbench.
Filler Panels are available in two heights to correspond with the two available heights of standard Base Cabinets and provide a smooth filler between the cabinet and wall. Each Filler Panel is finished in the same manner as the Base Cabinets.
Corner Adapters (CA‑1500 is variable width x 33 3/4" H and CA‑1000 is variable width x 27 3/4" H) are available in two heights to correspond with the two available heights of standard Base Cabinets. Corner Adapters provide a filler panel when placed between Corner Cabinet and adjacent Base Cabinet or Panel Leg. Mounts directly to cabinet side for easy installation and is finished in the same manner as the Base Cabinets.
Extra Pull-out Shelf for Door Units
Available for any Base Cabinet with a door to provide added storage space. Each shelf is finished in the same manner as the Base Cabinet.

Countertop Support Brackets are used to support work surfaces along a wall or to connect multiple work surfaces. They are built from heavy-gauge steel and supplied with the necessary attaching hardware.

Casters
Most Teclab Base Cabinets can be used as Mobile Base Cabinets with the addition of Casters. Standard Casters are 4" high (3" wheels).
The height of Workbench style Mobile bench-height cabinets match the height of fixed cabinets. The height of Workbench style Mobile desk-height cabinets increases by 2 3/4" inches.
